Important Reservation & Payment Information

Hello Retreaters,

We’re excited to welcome you to the Desert Luxe Retreat 2026 at the iconic Arizona Biltmore Resort! Whether you’re joining us for relaxation, adventure, wellness, or networking, we’re looking forward to creating an unforgettable experience together.

To make reserving your retreat as easy and flexible as possible, please review the payment information below.

Reservation Deposit

Deposit Due Dates:

7/24/2026 (Payment 1 or in full)
7/31/2026 (Payment 2 or in full)

To reserve your package, a non-refundable reservation deposit of $575.00 per person is required.

For your convenience, the reservation deposit may be paid in one of the following ways:

• One payment: $575.00
  OR
• Two payments: $287.50 each
  
  

Please Note: The reservation deposit is separate from the resort package price and will be applied toward your overall retreat balance.

***Excursion prices will are not included and will be advised once we have our group headcount.*** 

Payment Options After Your Deposit

Once your reservation deposit has been received, you may choose to:

• Pay your remaining balance in full at any time, or
• Make convenient bi-monthly installment payments leading up to the retreat.
• If you would like to make your payments in advance, you can go into the link and choose CUSTOM AMOUNT, to make additional payments. 

A detailed payment schedule will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

Final Payment Deadline

All retreat balances must be paid in full by the final payment deadline, which will be provided with your reservation confirmation. Sept 25, 2026 is the deadline. 

Need a Customized Payment Plan?

We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different. If you’d prefer a customized payment schedule with different payment amounts or dates, we’re happy to work with you whenever possible.
